Warranty Service Claim

1. Follow the below procedure to claim warranty after 10 days from the date of invoice.

Headphones:

Customer needs to call Harman Customer Care Toll Free Number (1800 102 0525) to register any complaint on the product.

• Once the customer calls Harman Customer Care toll free number, the Customer Care team will register the case and perform the troubleshooting steps. 
• Based on the troubleshooting; if the customer location is in serviceable area, the agent will redirect the customer to the nearest service center where the service center will check and will either repair/replace the product. 
• If the customer location is not within serviceable area, the customer care agent will guide the customer to courier the defective product to the assigned service center. Once the product is received at the service center, the service center will check and will either replace/repair the product.
